Do you service my area?

What levels of clean do you provide?

We offer three types of cleaning service. Our Routine clean is a lighter clean that covers all the important areas of the house, perfect if you book a regular clean with us. Our heavy duty clean is a more thorough clean which we recommend if your house hasn’t been cleaned professionally in the last three months. We also offer move in/move out cleans which include the spot cleaning of walls, cleaning inside of your cabinets, oven and refrigerator.

How much will it cost?

Our prices are based on the number of bedroom and bathrooms you have and any optional extras you select.  Simply visit our booking page to obtain your fixed price.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, our cleaning teams come completely prepared to turn your house into the retreat you deserve! They will bring the following:

  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Mop and bucket
  • Kitchen and bathroom cleaner
  • Window and glass cleaner
  • Furniture spray
  • Oven cleaner
  • Non abrasive spray

How do I make a booking?

All you have to do is fill out our secure booking form, selecting the time and date that you want us to clean your home. It’s as simple as that and will only take you 60 seconds. Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation shortly after our team have processed your booking.

Pricing & Policies

Do I need to pay the full price even if all the bedrooms do not need to be cleaned?

Short answer – Yes.

Long answer – Our pricing is based on the size of the home, estimated by the number of bedrooms.  When we receive a new booking, we check it against Zillow or Trulia to confirm the number of bedrooms.  If it exceeds that in the order form we then request the client to revise the order to the true size.

Even though it may seem somewhat unfair at first glance, it’s easy to understand our reasons for this policy. It is guided by our top priority – providing the best quality of service for our clients.
To make the booking process painless and predictable, we keep our prices flat and tie them to the approximate size of your home and use this information to estimate the time required to clean your home. The simplest way to estimate the size of most homes is by the number of bedrooms.

F0r example, kitchens and living areas tend to be larger in 4 bedroom homes than 2 bedroom homes.  So if you have a 4 bedroom home but only select 2 bedrooms (because you don’t need 2 bedrooms cleaned) we estimate the time needed to clean the home based on a standard 2 bedroom home.  This then causes issues when we arrive as we are unprepared for the size of the home.  Also bathrooms and kitchen are usually far more labor-intensive than bedrooms.

We want you to receive a great value: a very detailed cleaning that exceeds what other house cleaning companies in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and even 5-star hotels provide.  If, for whatever reason, you feel that you didn’t receive your money’s worth, we will always make it right and even issue a refund – based on our 100% Happiness guarantee.

For all these reasons, we recommend selecting the true size of your home when booking the service and adding in the comments any special requests or requests for discounts.

Do you have insurance?

Oh yes! Our comprehensive insurance cover delivers total peace of mind. We have made sure that trusting us with your home is as risk free as possible. Accidents do occasionally happen but if they do we will ensure that everything is resolved as quickly as possible.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes it is, our payment technology is provided by Stripe. Their SSL encrypted, PCL compliant system is completely secure and trusted by companies worldwide.

Do your cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We hire only the most motivated, reliable and experienced cleaners in your area. To be accepted as a cleaner at CloudNine all our candidates must undertake a rigorous selection and recruitment process. This includes a telephone interview followed by a face to face interview. If they pass these we then perform a reference and background check on all of the teams. Once hired each team member is trained to clean the CloudNine way

Do I need to be home for my booking?

No you don’t need to be home whilst we clean your house.  We can hold a key for your home which is kept in a secure location which is only accessed by our owner. If you would like to leave a key with a neighbor or somewhere secure then we can collect it. Just add instructions when you make your booking. On your first clean with CloudNine we do like you to be home so you can show us around your property and point out any areas that you would like us to focus on but we understand that isn’t always possible.

CloudNine "Happiness" Guarentee

What is your “Happiness” guarentee?

We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of your clean. If for some reason you don’t feel on “CloudNine” after our service just let us know within 48 hours and we promise to send a team member back to put it right for free. It’s as simple as that. We don’t pay our team members until after this time period, so there is no risk when you book a CloudNine clean.
